Shipping Policy

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order is processed, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer the following shipping options:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Delays
Elitepick LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. In case of a delay, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
